Since the olden days this was transported by horse and carriage or by barge over the Lake into the surrounding restaurants or into the city of Lucerne. This old tradition is still alive and well in Haldihof today. We produce a wide variety of top quality organic distillates in small quantities.

This old tradition is still alive and well in Haldihof today. We produce a wide variety of top quality organic distillates in small quantities.
Vinegar production
The vinegar factory at Haldihof currently produces 16 different types of vinegar. Most of them are converted into pure balsamic vinegars. They are ideal for cold dishes and give salads or starters a truly magical touch and colour.
Soap production
At Haldihof we produce natural cosmetics, for which we only use selected organic plant raw materials. Our handmade organic soaps are produced according to old handicraft tradition and cast in the cold saponification process in our manufactory in Weggis. Each soap is unique.
